Nothing to adapt. This is already yours.

1. Phone, vertical, low angle, close.
2. Your stacks in the foreground, the felt clean, the light on them.
3. Hold still for ten seconds. Don't pan.
4. If you can't say what the shot is about, don't take it. Tall stacks, a big pot forming, the cards mid-deal. Not a wide shot of a room.

Three to five clips of about five seconds through the day. We stamp each with the time and one line, and cut them into one piece per event.

When the clock is on screen, people accept the ordinary parts, and the ordinary parts are what make it a day. A pro's Main Event day did 347K with clips like 'looking for my table'. A 17-hour session told hour by hour did 1.44M, most of it food and walking.

Yours has what theirs don't: the buy-in and the leaderboard. Both go on screen as the numbers of the day.

1. Walking in. One moment mid-session. Bagging up, or busting. Five seconds each.
2. Include the boring bits: the walk over, the badge, the food, finding your table.
3. You don't say anything to camera. The lines are ours. Example of what we'd write: '11:40 am · walk to the ARIA', '2:30 pm · 60k to 75k', '12:30 am · bagged 90k, day 2 tomorrow'.

One hand a night, told over the 360 footage with your voice, never leaving the table. Pot on screen from the first second, result on screen at the end.

Your biggest piece ever is exactly this: 138 seconds, your narration, camera never leaves the table, 325,935 views. The same format with cuts to the studio in the middle did 24,351. Same editor, same month.

Two fixes to what you already do: a dollar figure in the title, and the result as a big number at the end. Your Aug 25 piece has neither and still did 325K.

1. Step 1, tonight, a voice note, walking to the car. Cover four things, in any words: the event and stakes · the hand you had · what happened in one line · the one decision you'd still second-guess. Example: 'Poker Masters, the 25K. I had queens. Got three-bet, called, flop came ace high, he jammed. I folded. Still not sure I should have.'
2. Step 2, next day, we send you a narration of about 120 words, written from the footage. You record it on your phone, audio only, one take, in your own words if you prefer. You don't need to be on camera.
3. We never cut to your face inside the hand. If there's something to say to camera, it's a separate piece.

A big hand cut to music, no narration, with the pot as the only number on screen, climbing every street.

You've already made this. Your second-biggest piece is a WSOP final table hand with the pot going 210K to 1.23M in green, meme inserts between streets, and Sinatra's My Way. That's the exact formula of the biggest reel in the whole reference set, 26.8M, down to the same song.

Keep the pot. Swap the stock memes for music that says something. That's your ground, not theirs.

After each event, a short card: event, finish, points, where you are on the leaderboard. Losses shown the same way as wins.

1. Default: nothing. We build it from the published results.
2. Optional, if you feel like it: five seconds to your phone after the last hand. Just the fact. Example: 'That's the PLO Series done. Sixth on the leaderboard going into the Bowl.' One take. Don't repeat it if it comes out rough; rough is better.

This is what the account you named in your brief does. Brantzen opens with a line about an opponent, gives him a name card, then plays the hand: 224K. What people remember isn't the idea, it's the recurring frame. You already gave us five rivals by name.

His register is mockery. Yours is respect. 'Sean Winter, who folds better than anyone I've played' works. A joke about someone's hair doesn't sound like you.

1. When you play one of them, add one sentence to the night's voice note: who, and one true thing about how they play. Example: 'Against Foxen today. He three-bets more than anyone at the table and it's all real.'
2. We write the card from your sentence and cut it in front of the hand.

1. Monday morning you get one question by text. First one, for the week of Sep 28: 'After 22 years, what's the mistake you still catch yourself making?'
2. Don't read the question and don't repeat it. Start with the answer, as if one person asked you across a table. Example of a first line: 'Honestly, it's still calling when I know I'm beat, because the pot got big.'
3. Phone at arm's length, vertical, natural light, one take. If you stumble, keep going. Don't restart. One to two minutes, then stop talking.
4. Send the raw file. We do everything else.

The day you bust playing well. Twenty seconds, walking out, one line.

Your results-oriented piece is the theory; this is the testimony, and testimony from someone who just lost a $25K buy-in is worth more than any studio take. The 17-hour session that did 1.44M includes 'stuck this month'. The loss is what buys the trust.

You said you're comfortable talking about busting. This is where that pays.

1. Right after, walking out, phone up, one line. Say what happened and where it leaves you. Example: 'Busted the 25K. Got it in with kings against ace-king, ace on the river. Back tomorrow for the 50.'
2. No retake. If you don't feel like it, skip it. It has to be true or it's nothing.

Two photos and seven seconds did 4.78M for a guy who left an engineering job. Yours is the same structure with a real title behind it, and it's the right first post: you're literally walking back into the room where you won.
